I'm just wondering... Do people like buy jtagged xbox's of like ebay or websites. There is this teacher at my school that like sells mods and modded gamertags and stuff, it's really weird

You can buy jtags from various places or make them yourself. If your teacher sells mods, then its most likely modded controllers or xboxs with lights and clear casings because jtags are very complicated (most people can't make em).
